Consultation
Once you’ve made your booking and secured your date you’ll be invited in for a consultation on the day of your treatment. Here’s everything you’ll need to know about what happens, what you’ll need to bring and what to expect.
I either answer the call myself personally, and arrange a suitable time to chat through their concerns and whether treatment might be suitable. Often offer a consultation first, depending on patient's preference.
If email then my experienced PA Emma will answer and help take any queries, sort out bookings, take deposits etc.
Patient will receive confirmation by text and email. We will send out medical and consent forms to be signed electronically.
Any questions or worries in the meantime can be emailed in and we will reply within 24 hours on average.
Confirmation is sent on email along with the relevant paperwork to fill out. Directions to the clinic along with maps and parking instructions are sent.
Information regarding pre-care for your treatment will also be discussed.
You’ll receive a text and an email reminder regarding your appointment a few days before.
Dr Kyra available on end of phone for any rare emergencies. For other follow up patient can email in and this is arranged for you.
